Randy Newberg is the voice of the public land hunter in America!
Decades of chasing all species across public lands has provided both experience and perspective that has allowed Randy to become the leading advocate for the self-guided hunter; hunters dependent upon public lands for hunting access.
What started by accident, has grown into two popular TV shows, Fresh Tracks and On Your Own Adventures, accompanied by the long-standing Hunt Talk web forum. In addition to those platforms is the Hunt Talk Podcast where you get Randy Newberg, unfiltered. And now, the addition of the Elk Talk Podcast allows Randy to collaborate with Corey Jacobsen as they focus on elk and elk hunting, and share public land strategies and information that will lower the obstacles of hunting elk on public land.

For 10-Time World Champion Elk Caller, Corey Jacobsen, true success is achieved when you help others succeed!
Finishing in the top 5 in the Professional Division at the RMEF World Championship Elk Calling contest 18 times in the past 19 years, Corey Jacobsen has become one of the most sought-after resources for elk calling and elk hunting instruction in the nation. In 2013, Corey was also named the RMEF's 'Champion of Champions". Corey recognizes that success on the stage doesn't necessarily relate to success in the field, however, and he lives for the “real” contest that takes place in the elk woods every September. It is there, on public land, over-the-counter archery units that he has been hunting elk for over 30 years.
Corey's passion for elk hunting led him to create Elk101.com, a website devoted to elk hunting education, instruction, and entertainment. In addition to the standard content found on Elk101.com, Corey also created the University of Elk Hunting Online Course, a comprehensive resource for elk hunters of all experience levels, aimed at increasing their elk hunting success. With the creation of the Elk Talk Podcast, Corey is teamed up with Randy Newberg to share relevant elk hunting information with the goal of helping other elk hunters increase their success.
